This concert is the culmination of an intensive three-day chamber music course bringing together young chamber musicians from the UK and Iceland, coached by Ben Hancox (violin) and Robin Michael (cello). Two quartets share the stage, performing Shostakovich’s mighty Quartet No. 8, alongside extracts from Mendelssohn and Haydn. Come and support the next generation of chamber musicians!
